Description
I photographed this man rock fishing below the cliffs at Kealia Bay on Kauai, in the early morning sunlight with the high tide rolling in. When I blow this up on my monitor to poster size, the aqua wave is stunning. The green sea came rolling in. The waves pound the rocks just below his feet.
This man, rock fishing, didn't seem threatened except to step back so he wouldn't get sprayed and watch his fishing pole band with the pull. Man in tune with the elements.

Such drama in this photograph! I find myself worried that he might be injured in his pursuits! Stunning work, Mary!

What a fabulous forceful composition Mary, you've captured the elements of this dangerous sport. (my dad rock fished well into his 80's, yet he knew the ocean)!! :))
