Looking down on a restored Hawaiian Village on the opposite side of the hill from Opaeka`a Falls on Kauai in Hawaii. This village has been restored to its original form, including games the ancient Hawaiians played, where they cooked and lived.
To get there is to drive down a steep single lane. Getting down is no problem. Coming up, if you meet a car coming down, you must back down the winding hill because it's easier for you to back down hill than it is for the other person to back up hill. The owners may have carved out some spaces in the hillside where cars can now pull over.
