Lava rocks lie in the surf at Anahola Beach Park on the North Shore on the island of Kauai in Hawaii. The tide was out, the waves lazily lapping. When the tide is out exposing these rocks, it's a gentle warning to be careful where you walk along the beach if you cannot see through the water. I must say, usually the water is clear. The locals know where to the rocks lay, but visitors do not.
