A brilliant sunrise causing the sea waves to look like silver slivers of color. This image was taken off Wailua Beach near the foot of Kuamo`o Road in Kapa`a, Kauai, Hawaii. I love this beach for its spectacular display of sunrises over the ocean any time of year. Often times when I went so sit and wait for the sunrise, I got caught up in stillness and missed some photo ops. I was able to catch several beautiful silver shots that day.
