I call this a Star Burst. many call this Plumeria a Pin Wheel. This genus of plumeria was quite different than we usually see. I tried to grow one of these plants when I lived in Arizona, but unfortunately it did not thrive. They are beautiful when you watch them grow and slowly open out.
