Description
This is the inside of an abalone shell. Once the shell is empty, these colored shells can be made into many types of jewelry. Many of these seashells are kept just as you see it here because of their colors and artistic qualities. I found this shell on the island of Kauai in Hawaii, but I do not know if it originated in the islands since they are found the world over.
