Description
Anahola Beach Park on the north shore of Kauai in Hawaii is a picturesque beach frequented by local Hawaiians when they want to get away from it all. It is located at the foot of the town of Anahola where many Hawaiians live. However, the beach is open to everyone. When you live on an island, the getaway is to the beach. This is a beautiful bay, much protected for swimmers because it has a reef farther out which breaks the incoming tides from the open ocean. Many of the beach trees grow leaning toward the water.
